ISE Senior Design

While actual work may not begin until the spring of junior year, students begin preparing for their Senior Design Project as soon as they enter the School of Engineering. This annual rite of passage is something all industrial and systems engineering students experience—bringing all they have learned during their time at Rutgers into on culminating project.

The Class of 2020 presented their projects in December at the end of the fall semester. Working in teams, projects ranged from an at-home physical therapy video game and a modular rack system duckweed harvester to a small business, location-based advertising platform.

Sixteen team projects were presented to a panel of judges and friends, faculty, and family members participated in an open showcase in Weeks Hall of Engineering.
