Improvement Analyzer
This program is designed to be used to track organizational performance improvement after a QI intervention has taken place. It can be used with small data sets. Statistical analysis estimates the likely future level of performance based on the trajectory of a learning function
Real-time Performance Monitor
This program is designed to be used to track organizational performance in a real-time data acquisition environment. It is used with large data sets. It automatically establishes statistical performance parameters of the process being monitored, detects changes in the process, and analyzes the data after a change is detected to determine whether or not the process is improving along a regular trajectory.
